Could it be a broken belt in a tire? Broken belt on front wheel of our Infiniti caused a shaking steering wheel and body motion, moving that tire to the back resulted in subdued body motion and a real workout for that shock. Carefully feel the temperature of each shock/strut, if you've got an out of balance/round tire, the heat will tell you.
