So it turns out that 300D someone saw on CL in Greensboro was
probably the one I saw in the guy's garage across the street from my
daughter's place. I just got back from helping her move from there,
and she told me the guy had just bought it when I was last there 2?
weeks ago, when we were talking about it. He was moving too, I saw
him drive off in it this mornin, nice car. She called the cops on
the guy a few weeks back for beating on his dog, so the guy is scum,
but she did score a working TV off his reject pile this morning, and
the dude who came to set up her cable internet at her new place gave
her free TV too, somehow, 77 channels.
I just got back home after driving through just about the heaviest
rain I have been in since being in the middle of a tornado storm in
the 70s. It was incredible.
