I feel the same way. Here we are with the proven technology with all
infrastructure in place and the eco-weenies want to ignore it. They want
electric cars with increased smokestack emissions thinking some how THAT's a
good thing.

I'm not happy Larry, $7500 won't even buy us a pair of floor mats for the
new Porsche hybrid supercar.
I think diesels are the future for gas sipping cars. In my opinion,
hybrids
are nothing more than feel good fluffy cars, to pad the conscious of the
eco
freaks. If a friend ever turned up in one, I wouldn't allow them to park
it
in my driveway. In fact, I wouldn't allow them to park it in front of the
house, I'd make them park it up the street, and around the corner. hee
hee.
