Well, it's settled. The title for the TX truck shows 112K miles, and
"mileage exceeds mechanical limits". So I'll just leave it as is, and call
it a day.

I believe that all states have some similar mechanism for recording that the
mileage shown on the odometer is not correct -- it's not a crime for the
odometer to read incorrectly, it's a crime to represent the odometer reading
as correct when you know it's not.
