Understand the Allen key for the hub bolt is 8 mm. How 'bout the pulley?
Which 603 do you have?
BTW, R-12 check is on the way.

I missed the beginning of this thread, I just replaced the water pump on my
603 if anyone needs help. It was pretty easy with the exception of one
bolt.

I'd go a step further than Peter and make a ratcheting tight-clearance
Allen wrench by cutting an inch off the 8mm key and holding it in a
GearWrench. Otherwise you are sure to bang the radiator at some point
while repositioning the wrench for the next rotation. Damage can be
mitigated by putting a couple of sheets of cardboard between you and
the radiator, but why take the chance?
