I think that about $500 in new rear links and bushings will fix that, throw in 
a new set of shocks for good measure.

I have noticed on my 87 300D when going down the highway about
about 60 or so, if you floor it the torque seems to push the rear
end to the right a little bit.  What would cause that?  Something
worn out in the back would be my guess.
