I'm not into the technical,
I was doing some consulting at a local Nuke plant, forced to park my truck
under High Voltage lines of about 1 bazzilion volts.
The body of the truck was very uncomfortable to touch if you were well
grounded.

I was a crew member on an HH-43B helicopter in the Michigan UP. We had a
fire suppression unit that hung from below. The person making that hook up
with the chopper hovering above had better ground the loop to the latch
before touching any part of the chopper. I never saw it get anyone, but in
the winter time, you could weld with the spark coming off that dud.
