Save a junker with no compression on one or 2 cyl, and just loop-back the
injector lines and remove the unused cyl's GP's and injectors.

I've got a 601 in the woods with a thrown rod.  I'm figuring,
maybe take out the other piston too, cap off the broken
cylinder (water jacket), and diddle the IP to run on two
cylinders 180 degrees apart, and see how she runs!

(Doubt it'll ever happen!)
