Saw a '98 E300D with a for-sale sign in the window locally. Appeared to be very well-kept inside and out. What's a good price for these? Any particular problems to look out for besides the infamous spring perches? (And are those still under permanent warranty by M-B, like the cracked 107 subframes and the 603 trap oxidizer?)
