My friend found a 1988 420SEL for sale. He is looking for a dependable car for his kid.
Knowing I have Mercedes, he calls me for my opinion. I know nothing about the newer gasoline engines. I know very little about the W126. So I'm looking for opinions on the suitability of a W126 for a guy who does some of his own maintenance, but hires out his work.
