Thats another one of those where I'd want to know more about the specific problem, maybe a tranny service with a new filter and M1 would clean it up... With a used trans in the mix it might not be a bad deal. Interestingly my '81 wagon had the same hole in the floor of the rear passenger side. Mine was a rust bucket though. If I had more time I'd offer $700 on this.

South Carolina car. The bad: Bad transmission, engine smokes on start out but starts even in the dead of winter and runs fine, one small spot of rust on passenger rocker panel and rear passenger floor pan needs patching. Left rear quarter panel, tailgate and grill has a dent. No glove box door ( I have a spare). The good: the rest of the body is rust free, third row of seats, new rear heated glass, self leveling rear works, trailer hitch. Has been my daily diver for four years and the transmission just quit. Have a spare transmission but just do not have the time to deal with it. Could be a great car with little work or great donor car for body parts and more. I have many other parts for sale also.
