My 86 SDL had that. I think the 87 300D has it too.
The sales germ at the not so local Dogde dealer was so proud that
Dodge had "invented" this for the 2011 grand caravan. The grand
caravan also had a gas pedal and brake pedal that moved back and
forth for adjustment. Now that I was interested in.
A steering wheel that runs up and down (in/out) as selected by a
little electric switch on left side of steering column and just
below the steering wheel. My 87 300D and 91 350SDL have 'em.
