I don't think he ever actually said the 124 wagon was a better car. More refined certainly but not "better".
Today I drove both my '84 190D and '78 240D, the 190D is certainly more refined but it lacks that certain something of the 123. All in all I enjoy having both of them. -Curt Date: Sat, 30 Jul 2011 12:00:29 -0400 From: andrew strasfogel <astrasfo...@gmail.com> To: Mercedes Discussion List <mercedes@okiebenz.com> Subject: Re: [MBZ] Fwd: 1987 Mercedes Benz 300TD Wagon - $1950 (Germantown, NY) Message-ID: <CAC35L=seb-L_Y-TdEh9LU2n=RfkYGFCYAr=sfpsc68f0ngp...@mail.gmail.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 These are surprisingly cheaper than the 123 wagons, despite being scarcer and (according to Marshall Booth) much better cars. _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
