Consider replacing that breaker (assuming it is a breaker, since you said "tripping" not "blowing"). The things can actually get "tired" with age and will trip at under the rated current. We had a 15A breaker that kept popping about once a week, I could not find any trouble with anything on the circuit so I replaced the breaker, and never another issue with it.
