Yeah the 60x engines are good about that. I should pull a sample from the 240D next time I change it.
I'd changed at 9700 because it was only the second oil change (first with synthetic) since I'd gotten the car. Could have gone a lot longer. I'll sample at 12,000 this time and see where we're at.
