Yup, never throw away those turkey bones! Toast them in the oven till lightly browned, simmer overnight (do not boil) and you have wonderful turkey broth to make soup with.

Veggie soup is great after a day of gorging....

Since our kitchen is torn up (we are part-way through a kitchen remodel), we are going to some friends' house. Hopefully, the kitchen will be done by Christmas. Then we can have turkey and make turkey vegetable soup from the left-overs, which has become a day-after-Thanksgiving tradition at our
house.
