I have been thinking more and more of taking my bike. Starting the SD at 20 degrees and driving it 6 blocks is painful. 15 miles on a bike - that's a pretty good work out. I jogged for one season and got from being able to jog for 1 minute (and getting near heart attack level) to being able to go 4.5 miles 3 times/week. I bet 15 miles on a bike is about equivalnet to 4.5 miles of jogging. You must have kept in shape. No shower here at work, so in KC summer heat, even 6 blocks, you might get...unpleasant. Chris

On any nice day (temp over 50 degrees and sun shining), I'd head in the wrong direction to get a good ride (15 mile) ride in before work. Also great for head clearing.
