My former customer in Woburn was making overtures about hiring me back in the
early 90s, when the housing market was tanking there. We looked at houses in
Nashua, as we didn't want to live in Taxachusetts...
Nice area, for that matter, there are a lot of nice areas around Boston and
environs.

Dimitri, I live in north central MA on the New Hampshire border. About 65 miles
north west of Boston. The acreage in Maine is in Caribou which is the last city
(such as it is) north in the state.

In the 70s, the state of Wisconsin put out a bumper sticker to
promote tourism. It said "Escape to Wisconsin." It was meant for
FIBs. However in the northern counties, a lot of locals cut them
apart and put parts on their bumpers: "Escape Wisconsin."
