Both of my 1951 VW bugs (one the standard model with cable operated brakes, the other the deluxe model with hydraulic brakes) had the 1100cc motor, which was 25HP. I have no idea what the weight was. The 4 speed tranny had no synchro in any gear - made for a good driver or a stripped tranny!
