For all my cars, I use Mercedes original inserts. They're really excellent, even on cars with two wipers like the W126. Of course, you need the original blades to use them, which are much higher quality than the parts store ones (even bosch). The only exception is the W123... last time I checked original blades were NLA at the dealer, but I might be remembering that wrong.
