The Hirschmann stopped working on my '84 300D, thankfully in the full upright position. I popped the cover off and found that the tiny gilmer drive belt has broken, which explains why I could hear the motor working, but nothing was happening. Does anyone know whether these are easily obtained replacement items?
They are. Performance Products sells them, probably you can get them from other places too. (Walter Odemer?) -- Jim
