I have a Mac but use it mostly like I would a Unix machine. Most of what I do is in Terminal or Emacs.
I've started using OpenBSD at work. I like it. Simple, stable, and tweaking is NOT encouraged unlike many Linux distros. It just works and otherwise stays out of your way.
