Looks like it's leaking blinker fluid, is that a dent in the side or
just the way the picture was taken?
Anyway for 3k you can't expect toooo much and if it doesn't have any
serious rust problems it should be a goer. Sure if you are going to buy
an SL, the later ones with a bigger engine are preferable.

Does not blow cold. Blew hot, and stuffy.
Looks good in pix, but ... all there, needs more to be sweet. Perfect project
car. Needs paint, carpet renewal, surface corrosion remediation and everything
a 30 year old car wants. Seems to have had standard reasonable upkeep.
Bushings are good, seals seem good, most electronics and switches work. Locks
well, carpet is there, windows go, green coolant. Hoses are there, fans run,
blows really hot, and the exhaust is able to boil water. No visible water in
oil or mayo in the coolant. ATF and oil are clean. Shifts fine and drives
fine.
Probably should walk away
