I am attempting to make a dvd. I have a Powerbook g4 and an LG ge24 external drive as the internal is shot in the mac.
How is the drive connected? That may be a significant bottleneck. Our G4 will make a DVD in about an hour IIRC, I think its (internal) drive can only burn at 1x.
