For you Manchester will likely be cheapest. Usta be a direct from Phoenix, 
dunno if they've brought that back.

Providence is the most convenient, Boston is next. Then its a toss-up between 
Manchester and Hartford but neither is too bad. Portland is about 3 hours. 
JFK/LGA/EWR about 4.
