This one was discussed a while back and the consensus was that it is a
death trap.
Unless it was significantly strengthened.
Like Wilton might say " why take a perfectly good car and then cut it up
to produce a monster?"
Not sure about the laws over there but in Ozzieland you would need an
engineering certificate to register that, as the nominated configuration
has changed.
Also I believe this was advertised a while back for 17k?
