I don't know what type of oil filter that has, but if it uses
cartridges, then perhaps there are little orings like on the OM 61x
and 60x engines that need to be changed. If they leak, it will
reduce the oil pressure.
Filter housing is sound, no leaks, all new seals. No clue if
sending unit is bad.
