I'm an EE with ME background and embedded systems experience, so at least on paper I could do some of the work. I'd likely devise my own control circuitry or hijack the existing to do my will... It has been shown that a Prius without the nany-limits on starting torque can do an impressive 0-60 time. And I HATE the BofA ATM machines... The one closest to my house has never had a touch screen calibration or even the dignity of the windows sounds being changed...
