My local Bosch injection shop used to test and calibrate injectors to +/- 2.0 bar for around $25 each. Not sure if that price is still valid, but for the amount I didn't think it was bad. And yes, getting them that close together in opening pressures made for a very smooth idle and ramp-up as load increased on the engine.
