Would not be anything you are doing.  If your server ended up on an
email "blacklist" then ISPs might refuse to accept email coming from
your server.  That could happen if spam or phishing emails were detected
as being sent from your domain (or possibly, if your email server is
misconfigured).

You can check this at mxtoolbox.com.  But okiebenz.com is coming up
clean there, so it's probably something else.  More than likely was just
a clog-up of email traffic at Wilton's ISP.  Email delivery is usually
almost instant these days, but there's nothing in the protocol that
guarantees that.
