Welder.  It's the answer to _all_ problems relating to metal
fitments.

Or a big wrench [spanner, shifter].

And as a last resort, a navy screwdriver  - more commenly known
as a 16 lb [8 kg] sledgehammer.

And if all that fails,  I'll bet Kaleb would buy it the whole
thing for $500.
