Rusty heap cars are "rescued" from junk/salvage yards, and most of them don't seem to get much more than new paint, upholstery, shiny wheels, tars, sometimes another used engine and/or tranny, etc.; cars often flipped/sold in a week or less. Buyers don't seem to ever look under them. In spite of all that shiny new paint, upholstery, etc., how can they not basically still be rusty POS?
