What is this SMPS you speak of?

The preheating system in the Frankenheap is finished, so far as the
original design concept is concerned. I replaced the battery charger
with a modified SMPS from an HP inkjet printer, and moved the battery
charger over to charging the battery. The system is multifold:
400W block heater (stock)
800W heat gun into air intake plenum
SMPS powering the blower motor on low
Battery Charger
The heat gun/fan thaws all the windows in the same 1-2 hours as the
block
