Wow, the only worse Italian car I can think of would be a Fiat 124 Sport coupe, although I am sure there are others....
One of my buddies had one of these (Spider convertible) when we were in tech school. Despite having a complete campus full of automotive diagnostic and repair resources literally at our fingertips, this car was still a nightmare to keep running. But it was fun to drive!
