In space, no one can hear you scream from dirty radiation poisoning.
And so far, the EPA have passed no regulations or implemented any
Executive Orders regarding dirty bombs in space, though there might be
some treaties or something. But to treaties, once I start the
propulsion system, I say, "Come and take it!" or maybe, "I fission in
your general direction!"
