I may or may not have my legal ducks in order but if/when they locate/capture the sleazeballs reposnsible for this atrocity, they ought to suspend habeas corpus and start constructing gallows for these folks so the rest of us don't have to feed 'em. Our legal system is entirely too lenient to the folks that commit these sorts of crimes. G. M.
