Yeah it is pretty thin but then so are those 0 weight motor oils. I have a bottle of the real stuff (febi). The mineral oil for AC use comes in a few different weights but I don't know how to do a direct comparison. On the other hand I found Phillips 5606H for about half the cost of Febi, if I buy 6 gallons. Don't know when I will use that much.

I don't know if they make a number that low.  The stuff is
very runny, almost like kerosene.  I'd stick to the real
stuff, or one of the MB-approved substitutes.  I believe
that Royco 5606H I had was on a list, at least at one time.
