I think I posted before about this. Yes if its out of a 126 it will work
in a 123 as long as you swap out the tail section.

Must be the calibration of the hydraulic pressure, which is particular to

My '82 300SD has the 722.3xx and green modulator.
I bought a 722.3xx tranny out of an '84 300SD and it has the red
modulator.
