I got a used one, got that the cable for 124/126 86 up, cable for 201, and also that test cable/box think for the older 123/126 system, I got it all for $400 shipped. Break out box is available new for $1200, cables are $300 each. The box can be used with other cables to test other systems as well. It tests everything pretty much.
