I wish he'd just say it. Have you forgotten a month ago when he came on and chided us all for expecting goods once we'd payed and how we were all spoiled by Rusty and his great service. Then silence for a month.
If something happened and I got told about it I'd consider forgiveness. With no explanation I'm not so charitable. Besides if we go back and look at Trent's last 2 missives its all "You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for picking on me" not "I'm really sorry I treated my customers poorly".
