For Trent: You were handed a healthy business with an excellent reputation and an established pool of loyal customers. You blew it. I know nothing of your circumstances or problems. It is not my business but you have not offered any mitigating information except promises of an explanation that never came. An explanation may be interesting but performance is what counts.
For fellow list members: I don't see any point in banning Trent from the list unless he misbehaves. I doubt any of the regulars here will be tempted to do business with him any time soon. Personally, I wish him well but his bridge is well and truly burned, IMO.
