Theres a couple actually. The 18 relay is the "load reduction relay" which turns off the daytime running lamps and such when you start the car. Mine seems to be good, I can apply power and make it click and see continuity. I can see power to it in the fuse box too.
The other one is the 109 which is the main ECM (the computer basically). The thing is if that one fails usually the car won't start but mine does start and runs fine... 7 fuses involved Wilton. I pulled every fuse out, checked and cleaned it and put it back.
