126 and 124 ACC panels have same part numbers on Gary's web site.
I'm leaning toward KLIMA since some more thought and study on the matter
this evening. 'Seems to react favorably to "reboot."
Haven't noticed anything flaky with tach.

Could be a Klima situation. And I don't know that an
ACC panel from a 126 is directly swappable into a 124.
Klima eats a lot of inputs. One being engine RPM,
is your tach visually in perfect operating order?
