I'll tell you the same thing I told Marshall and we'll let everybody guess.
I paid around (maybe just a bit more) than what I'll save in the first year
driving the 190D instead of my 240D 80 miles a day.
To recap: '83 240D 4spd, '85 190D 2.2l 5spd.
Anybody who remembers my fuel mileage posts will have one up on this one. I
do seem to get good mileage from my 240D.

215hp is not enough and besides the traction control "vill not permit" unless
I turn it off. It's mostly cosmetics.
