Seems to be the style, making sedans have the coupe look, leads to
higher sills, specially in the back.

This is not the first *new* car I have noticed this, but... the window
starts too far up the side for a guy to put his elbow on the open
window sill. All you can do is use the inside armrest. Not for me.
