Umm... That type of new math is what cost ACA website its problems.  I
would have thought the Dr. would have caught that math error?  Not
$2million, but rather $2.
Check the math.

Same math error happens in that video and the whole principle of ACA.
Take the $$ for ACA and hand it over to the ones that *need* insco and
everyone will be just fine.  Take the 7million that *need* insco
divided into the cost of the ACA website and each of those 7million
could do quite well and leave the remainder of the 318million with
their insco just fine, thank you very much.
ACA is another taking, pure and simple.
