Dunno which thatcher quote is referenced, but a liberal (socialist,
marxist, communist, your choice) only is charitable with other
peoples money. All those hollywood liberals (or your choice of
descriptor) that make big money make a scene about some charity, and
give very little of their own money. But they SURE DO want you to
send YOUR money to THEIR charity to make them feel important.
probably the biggest scam outside of O'Bunglercare and other gummit
scams is HSUS, scamming people to donate to save animals, then using
the money for buying politicians.
