According to "The World's Worst Cars" (handy pocket reference) "As a cheap car that was tidy, if not exciting to look at, the Yugo 45 and its derivatives had promise. Under the skin it was all Fiat 127, using the same platform and engines. But it was appallingly built, and sport models came with a hideous body kit that didn't even fit."
