It is a pre-planned failure. The exit ramp angle is far to steep and the
ramp is far to short, coupled with the exit ramp being below the roof line
of the last car. The laws of physics set his landing up to become a full
face plant landing.
Then, after looking at it from the purely engineering viewpoint.. one must
ask "why is this individual in a wheel chair?"
Could this be a repeat.. certainly the ensuing impact sequence destroyed
his back structure... if this is an individual and not a crash test
dummy..
which.. after the third replay starts to be suspect... perhaps..
Besides.. he wasn't jumping mercedes?? How crass....;))
