Cheaper - sure.  But that isn't the only measure just like Mercedes
parts shouldn't be chosen by price alone.

For example,  what if you want the print to actually look like what
you edited?  It's bad enough trying to color calibrate your own
printer, but it's pretty much impossible to calibrate to an
outsourced printer like one (of many?) at a Walgreens as you have
no control over which printer they use or how it could be changing
over time.

There are some printing services that publish their printer
calibrations - but these are few and far between, and certainly not
price competitive with Walgreens!

If you cared as much for you photo prints as you do you car
detailing, you'd never suggest such an thing! *smiles*
